A beautiful and very spacious apartment, and the location couldn’t have been better. The sofa-bed in the living room is so comfy and the bedroom is quite spacious. The living room with its large window opening to the sit-out area is quite airy with ample natural light. Across from the sit-out is a small garden of the adjoining housing complex, so the living room has very beautiful view. The place was so tranquil, yet all major conveniences were at a walking distance. The sea-side promenade on Carter Road is just a minute by walk. There’s a small kitchen with common utensils and cutlery. The bathroom was quite clean. I had to check out early because of an emergency but I’d love to be back again some time.

This space is must go for. The location is excellent. This is an opportunity to stay in such a place while enjoying home like feeling. Atif was very responsive.

Host is awesome even though didn’t see him physically but he has provided seamless check in. Property is cozy and finished according to today’s standard, Property is located at prime area of Carter road with dedicated car parking. And most importantly it offers separate entry and exit gate

We had a great stay at Atif’s place. He was a great host and checked in regularly to ensure that we had everything we needed. He was also very responsive to any questions or needs as and when I would reach out to him. Even the location is great and would definitely recommend this place to others.

This place is very good for stay specially if you are looking for something where you can cook your own food. Almost all required utensils are there with a fridge which makes this stay just like home. Cleanliness is up to the mark and service is quick.

Place was too good, food was nice. Staff was very helpful; place was sparkling clean. All in all worth visiting, host was available all the time through calls/sms, locations like tiger point etc are 15-20 mins from the place.

As mentioned on the website everything is cent percent correct. There is no hidden cost. The host Mr. Abid Munshi is easily approachable and a very nice person. Mr Abid was transparent and gave good suggestions where to buy grocery and where to go for sightseeing. For work from home, wifi and Vodafone and Airtel network is good at this place. Fresh vegetables, fruits and groceries everything is at a walkable distance as mentioned by Mr Abid during our conversation before coming and it was as he had mentioned. Fridge, stove, pots for cooking is available. So it’s like a home away from home. The view from the balcony is picturesque as per the name Hill View. The room was neat and clean and since we stayed for 14 days, domestic help used to clean it daily. Domestic help was responsive and great at their work. The surrounding was quiet and serene. Perfect place for a quiet holiday away from hustle of the city. A must visit place for holidays which is very near to Mumbai and sightseeing places like pawna lake, bushi dam, khandala ghat etc are within 30 mins distance.

Its a great place to stay our trip was rather short so we could only enjoy the place for one night but as soon as we entered we felt right at home the house is located in good quality with a few tourist destination nearby grocery was easily available and the host was always a call away thanks for hosting us and making are stay memorable we would like to visit again

The place is good and self sufficient for a stay vacation. I could rest well and had no complaints regarding anything.

The place was value for money! Lies at the centre of Khandala and all the forts you would like to trek to! We had a pleasant stay with great hospitality and quick response from the helper and Atif himself. Next trip to Lonavala is going back to this place for a homely stay.

The rooms, bathroom, bedsheets are clean. WiFi works well and room service is quick and efficient. Host is professional and staff is courteous. After checking out the cleaning staff was ready to sanitize and tidy the space for the next user which makes the place safe during COVID.
